Here's How It Works

If you see a brand that is perfect for your business, click the "submit inquiry" button and fill out the contact form as thoroughly as possible.

I will review your inquiry and if I believe the brand will work well with your business name, I will send you an invoice to purchase the brand. Once payment is received, the brand will be removed from my shop.

Following your payment, I will be in touch via email regarding the customization of your brand. You can expect a proof within 3-4 business days. All semi-custom brand kits include one round of revisions.

Once you approve the final design, I will then prep and package all your files, create your brand style guide and upload them to a secure folder for you to download.
Common Questions
What changes are included?
Minor changes to the colors and illustrations (if applicable) are included.
Can I change the fonts?
Due to how I design my logo suites, and with the varying layouts provided, I do not recommend changing the primary display fonts. Should you have a coordinating font that you'd like to use, please submit the name of the font along with your inquiry and I can provide feedback on whether or not it will be possible.
Will you make major changes to a brand kit?
If you love one of the brands but will require extensive changes, I am happy to work with you to ensure the final product meets your vision. An additional hourly fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the brand kit.
What if my business name isn't a fit for the brand I want?
If your inquiry results in the feedback that your business name isn't a good fit for the brand you are interested in, I will provide some potential alternative options to working together.
Will you demo my brand name before purchasing?
I am not able to provide mock-ups of the brand with your business name prior to purchasing. However, please submit your business name along with your inquiry and I can tell you whether or not it's a good fit.
Are the font files included?
Due to the nature of font licensing, you will be required to purchase the font files separately. I will provide links to purchase with your order.
Can I add-on items to a semi-custom brand kit?
Yes! I am more than happy to utilize your new branding to create the printed and digital assets you need. Make sure to include those details when you submit your inquiry form and I will create a custom quote for you.
Do you offer rush services?
Subject to availability, I am able to offer 24 hour rush services for an additional $500. Prompt communication on your part is also required. Please ensure you include your desire to have rush services and your timeline in your inquiry submission.
